Spencer Jones is a dedicated intellectual property attorney with over thirteen years of intellectual property and transactional corporate law expertise. Prior to entering private practice, Spencer was directly responsible for a multi-million-dollar global patent and trademark portfolio as in-house IP counsel with a multi-national consumer electronics retail company. In addition, Mr. Jones was responsible for other transactional matters concerning IP and general corporate law. Mr. Jones formulates approaches that best align with client’s needs and goals. In this regard, Mr. Jones has worked with a myriad of inventors, creators and artists to deploy the right IP strategy tailored to their situation.
